Just right sweetness and tang.
I have been using this hot sauce for several years. It has sufficient heat, but it also has a fantastic, tanging flavor. I put it on lots of food to perk things up, and especially like it on white, steamed rice.
Not only does this taste amazing but it's been the saving gracing for me since i found out I'm sensitive to garlic and can no longer eat Srirach. Even if i could, I dont think I'd go back! Absolutely delicious!
I agree with the reviewers above. You can put this _stuff_ on anything. Just enjoyed a Swiss cheese omelette this morning. I made lines on top the egg mix before the flip/fold and let it flow inside the omelette. I’m on to something here…your sauce! Thank you
Hung out with our new neighbors. Gave them a bottle of this instead of a bottle of wine. It was a hit! They are true believers now :-)
