Originated from the northern part of Korea. Slightly sweeter with a fruity flavor and a tantalizing zing that lingers on your pallet. Great for condiment with any meal. Or try a shot of juice. I call it ‘bio veggie soda’!


Ingredients:

Napa Cabbage, Radish, Carrot, Water, Organic Apple Juice, Sea Salt, Yellow Onion,  Garlic, Ginger, Kelp Powder.


Flavor and Pairing:

This Kimchi may look bland, but it’s a big mistake if you think it will taste bland, too. We add apple juice and carrot to it, which creates such a subtle fruity sweetness. Drink the juice that comes with this kimchi and you will understand how the champagne bottle feels when the cork is popped. You brain will clear and your belly will feel as if the juice is literally collecting all the dirt in the gut on the way out. The more you munch on this kimchi, the more it will grow on you, and you will want to eat everything with it. Plus, if you love kimchi but spicy food is not on your diet plan, this is the kimchi to try.

Pair it with fish, chicken, a sandwich, tofu, or salad.

Because our products are  perishable and packed in insulation and ice pack, we ship all orders once a week on Mondays (or Tuesdays sometimes)Orders placed by Thursday night will ship next Monday via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will ship the following week Monday.

Sincerely the best white kimchi I have ever had! My stomach can't tolerate spice well, so I get white kimchi whenever I find it, and Sinto Gourmet is #1. Flavorful, fresh, crisp, and delicious! Please never stop selling it!

Definitely NOT spicy

Thank GOODNESS it wasn't spicy in the LEAST!!!! Saying that, it didn't have that much flavor. Perhaps another option of kimchi could be created called JUST A VERY LITTLE BIT SPICY. That would make it more flavorable, but not painful. I can't handle that burning in my mouth.

Great Kimchi

I haven’t opened my latest bag of Mild White Napa Cabbage, but I have purchased this before and it is excellent. I especially like it piled on steamed, white rice.
