Additionally, you’ll need well-ripened Kimchi for enhanced flavor and that satisfying crunch, good quality bread, and a lot of butter! For this recipe, a cast iron pan is your best cooking utensil.
To assemble the sandwich, slather butter on both the top and bottom facing sides of your bread. These are the parts that will meet the cast iron pan and create that beautiful crust. Inside your sandwich, add your kimchi and cheese and that’s it! Grill it on your cast iron until it’s golden brown and oh so crispy and gooey. Enjoy!
