Sautteok Sautteok (Sausage and Rice Cake in Gochu Jang sauce)
Sautteok Sautteok is one of the most popular street foods in Korea.
The name of the dish is made of “sau” from “sausage” and “tteok” from “tteok’ (rice cake). The Gochu Jang based sauce gives spicy and sweet flavor and it provides the perfect glazing texture on sausage and rice cake.
It's very easy to make and fun to eat.
