2 Servings
2 portions Udon noodles (dry, fresh, or frozen)
2 Tbsp Cooking oil
12 -16 Shrimp (uncooked, medium or large), peeled, and deveined
2/3 cup Sinto Gourmet Spicy BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp Green onion, chopped (optional)
- Cook udon noodles according to instructions on the package and drain. I prefer fresh or frozen udon noodles for the convenience and chewy texture, but dry noodles are fine too.
- In a medium pan over medium heat add cooking oil. Once oil is hot, stir-fry shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan on medium heat, add Sinto Gourmet Spicy BBQ sauce.
- When the sauce starts bubbling, add the udon noodles and mix well until noodles are warm and coated well in the sauce.
- Turn the heat off, add the shrimp and mix well until shrimp and noodles are coated with sauce.
- Sprinkle green onion on top to garnish and enjoy!
