Spicy Udon Stirfry with Shrimp

2 Servings

2 portions      Udon noodles (dry, fresh, or frozen)

2 Tbsp            Cooking oil

12 -16            Shrimp (uncooked, medium or large), peeled, and deveined

2/3 cup          Sinto Gourmet Spicy BBQ sauce

2 Tbsp            Green onion, chopped (optional)


  1. Cook udon noodles according to instructions on the package and drain. I prefer fresh or frozen udon noodles for the convenience and chewy texture, but dry noodles are fine too.
  2. In a medium pan over medium heat add cooking oil. Once oil is hot, stir-fry shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan on medium heat, add Sinto Gourmet Spicy BBQ sauce.
  4. When the sauce starts bubbling, add the udon noodles and mix well until noodles are warm and coated well in the sauce.
  5. Turn the heat off, add the shrimp and mix well until shrimp and noodles are coated with sauce.
  6. Sprinkle green onion on top to garnish and enjoy!
