Kraut-Chi - Smoky Jalapeno

Kraut-Chi is a hybrid of Kimchi and Kraut, using Sauerkraut's traditional ingredients and applying traditional Kimchi ferment making techniques.  
Our clean ingredient list is longer than traditional sauerkraut and it creates more exciting and complex flavor, Gamchil-Mat (aka Umami flavor) 

Kraut-Chi Smoky Jalapeno is impossible not to be loved because who doesn't love the heat from jalapeno and smoke? Together, they perfect this hot and smoky Kraut-Chi. We remove seeds from every single fresh jalapeno and cold smoke it with mesquite wood chips. When you open the packaging, you'll be mesmerized with intense smoky flavor.  

Our favorite way to enjoy this Kraut-chi is on Taco. You HAVE to try it. It's amazing!

Because our products are  perishable and packed in insulation and ice pack, we ship all orders once a week on Mondays (or Tuesdays sometimes). Orders placed by Thursday night will ship next Monday via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will ship the following week Monday.
