This amazing simple Gochu Jang Mayo.
This is very simple recipe with only 5 ingredients and all you have to do is mix those ingredients. I make sure to make at least 2 cups worth of this Gochu jang mayo every time I make it because it's so versatile. You can use it as a dip for fries, veggies, chips,..etc. this mayo also can be used as a spread for your burger, sandwich, salad, rice bowl..etc. The way to enjoy it is endless.
Gochu Jang Mayo
1Tbsp Gochu Jang
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Garlic Ground
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
Mix together the gochu jang, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and sugar
Keep refrigerated and it's good at least for 3 months.
